What this is
Governance explains how WCF protects mission integrity: board oversight, financial stewardship, transparency norms, and separation between nonprofit decisions and vendors/sponsors. Governance is where the “rules of the commons” are kept stable.
What it is not
Governance is not a black box. Sponsors and vendors do not write standards, control verification, or steer funding decisions.
