Appeals + Due Process
What this is
Appeals + due process describes the fairness steps when standards decisions affect participation: notice, a clear fix path, proportional remedies, and an appeal reviewed by someone other than the original decision-maker. This is how trust signals stay credible.
What it is not
Appeals are not a loophole for evasion, and they are not a public callout stage. WCW/WCF do not act on rumor alone; evidence and scope matter.
What you can do here
• Learn what triggers a standards action (and what does not).
• See how repairs work (fix the asset, document the correction, prevent repeats).
• Understand escalation triggers (patterns, evasion, retaliation, safety risk).
• Submit an appeal when you believe a decision was incorrect or disproportionate.
Trust / safety note: Process exists to prevent capture, favoritism, and arbitrary enforcement.
